Our mood bear pattern is a beginner level pattern and uses US Terminology. This pattern is customizable so we encourage you to experiment with different colours and face details to create different moods.
Crochet Knowledge Needed
This pattern requires you to know how to:
- create a magic ring
- increase and decrease stitches
Materials
- Body Colour → I used Bernat Premium Yarn (acrylic, size 4)
- Smile colour
- Stuffing
- 6mm safety eyes
Tools Needed
- 3.75mm Crochet hook
- Darning Needle
- Optional: Stitch Marker

Round 2 → [ inc ] x 6 (12)
Round 3 → [ sc, inc ] x 6 (18)
Round 4 → [ 2sc, inc ] x 6 (24)
Round 5 → [ 3sc, inc ] x 6 (30)
Round 6 - 12 → sc all around (30)
Eyes → Insert eyes in between round 8 and 9, in stitches 12 and 18 (6 apart)
Face details → Sew in face details
Ears → To find placement for ears, count 3 horizontal stitches away from each eye and 3 rounds up. Sew the ears on row 5, 10 stitches apart.
